About Arbitrum
Arbitrum is "Level 2" platform built on top of Ethereum that allows to run smart contract code far cheaper and faster.
Arbitrum's core product is Arbitrum Rollup - Optimistic rollup protocol that allows running Ethereum virtual machine outside of the comparatively expensive Ethereum network, while at the same time maintaining security and permanence of Ethereum.
